The letter below describes the silent terror that is going on inside US and in special inside the The Florida Mall with the blessings of the Mall Administration and the American Authorities.

            My name is Luiz and my wife and I worked for Shakir Mustafa and Mazin and Mostafa Alawi in their carts located in The Florida Mall (Baggage Depot, Shadez for Less I and II and others carts that they already closed down. During the time we worked for them, my wife most of the time worked more than 53 hours per week and I always worked over 65 hours and we can prove it and we have never received any overtime pay.

             Not satisfied with that they also made me work as a pack mule forcing me to watch multiple carts, sometimes 2 or 3 at the same time with no help at all and it went on for many months. And during all that time we worked for them we also never received a paycheck because I guess keeping us off the books was just easier and cheaper. The bosses mentioned above also discriminated my wife and I by allowing the muslims employees have long breaks to pray, eat and smoke while we didn't even had a break to eat.

             My choices were either be hungry or eat while standing in the cart. My wife finally became tired of their abusive behavior and she started to bring up those issues to Mazin. We had several arguments with Mazin and since there is nothing in the world that makes that man madder than being confronted, he retaliated and in January of 2004 he fired Anna accusing her of stealing. Immediately I also quit and we both confronted him again challenging him to call the cops and prove that she was in fact stealing.

             He refused to call them and also told us that Anna leaving was enough to make him happy. On the other hand, he wasn't expecting me to quit as well and he asked me to stay (of course, he needed his pack mule). He also said that if I stay he was going to keep Anna and also giving her a raise!! That is the kind of tactic they use when they want to fire someone who complains. We both refused to stay even another second there. They act like dictators. They admire and put into practice tricks they learned from Saddam Hussein.

            They don't pay taxes properly. Many times we heard they say that only sales taxes related to credit card sales are remitted. We were also told to encourage customers to pay only cash. They hired many illegal people mainly from Morocco and Tunis. One of them was wanted by the FBI (his name is Hicham) and they hid him for a long time in The Florida Mall and later they sent him to Atlanta. Mostafa Alawi when running Shine It Up in The Florida Mall used the same tricks as Mazin and had his own employee who he illegally hired arrested by INS.

             Mostafa employee was in his own house when he was caught (INS also went to one of Mostafa's businesses in Melbourne looking for illegal people but they were lucky...because the illegal was off that day). Mostafa`s employee arrested, didn't provide any information to the authorities (this is part of muslin culture) about Mostafa Alawi and so INS was unable to put all the pieces together and the guy got himself in trouble and he was ultimately deported to his home country (Tunis).

             Mostafa at that time, spent a few days hoping for the best and expecting the worst, worried about his employee arrested (at that time manager of the cart) giving the authorities any information valuable enough to get Mustafa in big trouble as well. Combining all the businesses these 2 people have in The Florida Mall they make a net profit of nearly $600,000.00 a year, they do really well.

            This country gave them a wonderful opportunity business and they retribute by being mean and cheap and becoming a hazard to the American people. They trash President Bush and everyone else in charge of this country. And they wish Ralph Rhigley (The Florida Mall short term leasing manager) was dead. Mazin wanted to have his cart Baggage Depot moved from its place near Waldenbooks to another spot almost in front of GAP.

            But they were not allowed to do so because Ralph said the Mall didn't have enough Italian tiles for all the necessary changes that moving the carts was going to cause. They always expect to get everything they want and that is why they reacted so badly when their request was denied. Mazin and his partner also became consumed in rage when the owners of Parfume for Less (Shay Ben Naim and Itzack Ben Bassat) decide to also open a luggage kiosk.

             This would put their profit in a dangerous position and during a period of 3 or 4 days they struggled to come to terms with their businesses. Mazin bought a bottle of perfume and showed it to me saying that it was fake and he was going to screw them up. However we don`t know exactly what happened but they stopped fighting and became partners. It is a very strange partnership at first sight due to their religion (Shay Ben Naim and Itzack Ben Bassat are both jewish).

             Even though Mazin and Mostafa hate Shay and Itzack because they are jewish those guys have got a lot of things in common. Shay and Itzack are illegal themselves and they also hire illegals workers. They also smuggle and sell fake perfumes in The Florida Mall. They fake taxes documents and I could go on with a list of wrong things these 2 do in this country.

             All this information from Shay and Itzack come from a guy whose name is Qassen Dabbah. Qassen Dabbah is the owner of 2 places in The Florida Mall under the name of Leather Stop and he also had another business in Melbourne. Before Qassen opened his own business he used to work for Shay and Itzack and Qassen used to threaten to report them to both FBI and INS if they didn't give him what he wanted.

            And this is how Qassen earned the money to open his own businesses. Qassen is an stupid coward who beats his wife and her young daughter. He became so violent to the point that the police and the Department of Childrens and Families had to interfere and put him under a restraining order to keep the child and mother protected. But since he paid his American wife to give him a green card he knew that he had to behave to be able to stay in the United States.

             Then for a few months he attended rehabilitation classes and he was allowed back in the house. Up until this day he still abuses his fake wife, he even said he would kill her or hire someone else to do the job if she opens her mouth to say anything about him. I believe he is about to get his green card or he may even have it already. He claims to have connections with killers and he also proudly say that he uses to be a drug dealer in his home country. The idiot even mentioned once that he was convicted and served 1 year in jail.

             Qassen also suggests having friends with connections inside the Immigration Services which makes it easier for him and his friends to have privileges regular people outside of this corruption circle don't have.Qassen loves watching videos showing Americans being beheaded. After leaving Mazin I took a job Qassen offered me (so far I didn`t know him well )and thats where I slowly became aware of how bad he was too.

             Soon I had to leave because once again I wasn't given any overtime even working over 60 hours a week. He had no respect for the customers and many times when he was in the Carts with me he treated the customers like crap when they wanted to return a item that had become defected. Everything he sold in his 2 carts was a piece of garbage and he expected the customers to never complain about any items.
Of course Mazin has the same behavior on this subject.

             Another thing I have to mention about Mazin is that he sells in his Magic Engraving Plus cart plates with brand names without an authorization. He has been warned by Volkswagen more than once. In the Sunglasses carts they displayed their fake copies with stickers of brand names such as Dior and Armani, etc. This is unfair, mislead the customers and in other Malls they do not use this trick anymore.

             Mazin and his father once told me that if I ever needed any medical services they would help me to lie and they would also write a fraudulent letter to cheat Medicaid and when one of his illegal employees pay for a fake marriage they give precise instructions on how to lie in the paperwork.

             One of the employees Ossama Ben Khalifa when he filed his application he wrote down that he was self-employed mowing lawns. I am very disappointed because it seems there aren't laws in this country to prevent people to behave like predators . If there are any I guess they aren't enforceable.

            I attempted to bring Mazin to justice about my unpaid overtime and this is what happened... He won again and he didn't even had to dispute the overtime, instead he threatened us with multiple frivolous law suits. He knows we can't afford attorneys as he can.

             And I believe he intimidated out attorney in other ways. Unfortunately in this country if you don't have money you don't have a suitable defense either. Bellow are the words of our attorney when our case was dismissed. "I want you to know that after considerable thought, I decided to dismiss your case. This does not mean you do not have a good case, it is just that I cannot deal with someone like him. I can refer you to other attorneys if you like, or, you can pursue the case without a lawyer". By him he meant Mazin.

             You know that in this type of lawsuit the attorney only collects money after recovery is made. So they do not want to put a lot of effort when the amount involved is not a large sum for them. From this point on I only hope my attempt to fight against people like Mazin or Qassen will help others from being exploited.

            We also expect everyone to stop hiring illegals. About the taxes there is no hope because this country is not able to go after them. And as daring as they are probably they will keep doing the same thing and perhaps even more because there are no laws capable to stop them.

             I also believe they are cheating on taxes not only because they are cheap bastards but also to follow one of Bin Laden's dreams that is to bankrupt America. So far nobody has payed much attention to the extra billions and billions of dollars US is spending on account of the 9/11.However this is not fair and I won`t give up in spite of the fact the authorities here are negligent and nobody wants to make a commitment to improve the way things are.

             I hope one day I will find someone somewhere who will hear me, investigate deeply this situation because it is very serious. This I believe isn't only happening in The Florida Mall, but in many other Malls all over this country. Mazin, Qassen, Shay, Zack, are not alone in the misconduct. Most of the small businesses in The Florida Mall also are . The seeds of the evil behavior are already spread.
